Abstract
In this experiment, the influences of six factors on rooting rate of Sunfan in softwood cutting were studied, including cutting culture substrata, different positions of shoot, cutting length, and the category, concentration and treatment time of growth regulators. The maximum rooting rate was achieved when mixed fine soil∶humus∶perlite=1∶2∶1 and 8 cm-long tip sections of the annual shoots were used as cuttings and the base of cuttings was dunked in NAA(700 mg/L) solution for 10 s.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
