Research on the Selection of Regional Marine Strategic Leading Industries——Take Tianjin Binhai New District As an Example

Considering the issue of different regions having similar marine industries structure,this paper aims to select regional marine strategic leading industries,and defines the concept and range of marine strategic leading industries.Furthermore,by taking Tianjin Binhai New District as an example,it analyzes its evolution discipline through Analytic Hierarchy Process-Entropy Value combination weighting method and selects its leading industries of the marine strategic.Finally,it iuentifies the marine strategic leading industries circular economy industrial chain,which is based on the comprehensive utilization of seawater industry and the coordinated development with marine chemical industry and oil,gas industry in order to move forward optimization of marine industries structure and promotion of industries level of Binhai New District,and then boost the marine economy development of Tianjin.
