The Research on Dynamic Evaluation System of Education Quality in University

Higher education quality assessment is an important indicator to assess the level of colleges and universities. Currently,the education quality assessment systems are built on the fixed evaluation system,not necessarily reflecting the dynamic.In this paper,absorbed the management thinking of teaching quality at home and abroad,the aims of the establishment on the quality of teaching dynamic evaluation system of institutions of higher learning was expatiated, ISO9000 international quality management standards was introduced into tertiary institutions teaching quality management system,a professional school teaching quality dynamic management system was established,and a model was provided for the automobile similar institutions of higher learning professional management of the quality of teaching.The system hadreal-time online teaching quality management,and improved the quality of teaching management efficiency.
