Abstract

The Total Quality Management is a modern management theory.It has been widely used in teaching quality management of some colleges in western.The whole-process management is one of the basic concept of Total Quality Management.Introducing the concept of the whole-process management in adult education.We can realize the whole process of teaching quality management through teaching quality planning,teaching quality control and teaching quality improvement.
