A Survey of Students’ Life Values in Six Universities in Suzhou and Nanjing

To provide contemporary college students with education on life values demands understanding their actual thinking deeply so that the practical effect of ideological and political education can be enhanced. According to the survey conducted in six universities in Suzhou and Nanjing, the author of this paper has found out the mainstream of students’ life values and the related problems. Based on the analysis of survey data, the paper has discussed and summarized some major factors affecting contemporary college students’ life values, and then the paper put forward specific approaches to the solution of the problems from three aspects.
