Research on Business Process Management Capabilities and its Influence Factors

Abstract

This paper analyzes business process management(BPM) of government from the perspective of BPM capabilities.At an initiative aspect,virtually,the difference of effect of BPM reflects a distinction of BPM capabilities.This paper proposes the conception of BPM capabilities and summaries its influence factors from exterior and interior aspects of business process respectively.Then a mechanism model for the factors of BPM capabilities is developed to further analyze their action mechanism.Finally,some countermeasures and advices are given for promoting BPM capabilities of government.
