Abstract
Three states,Yi Zhou,Xi Zhou,Ting Zhou,were established by Tang Dynasty after it reunited Western Region.Because Chinese language and character were diffused,schools and civil service examination system were established,Confucianism and Confucianism Culture had more development here and Chinese literatures were widely spread.Communication between inland and Western Region promoted the progress of culture of both Western Region and inland.
