Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of sinomenine(SIN)on proliferation and apoptosis of EC109cell and disclose the potential mechanism. Methods EC109Cells were given different dose SIN.After incubated 72h,cell proliferation and apoptosis were detected by CCK8and Flow Cytometry,respectively.COX-2and Survivin were investigated by Western blot. Results The proliferation of EC109cell was inhibited after 72hwith 0.2,0.4mmol/L SIN.The apoptosis rate was increased in the experimental groups compared with that in the control group. The expression of COX-2and Survivin in the middle and high dose experimental groups were decreased compared with the control group. Conclusion SIN inhibits cell proliferation and enhances apoptosis in EC109cells,in vitro, possibly by directly repressing COX-2and Survivin expression.
