Abstract
Objective To Study the relationship between expression of PR/ER and lymph node metastases in endometrial carcinoma. Methods To detect PR and ER expression in 159 patients with endometrial carcinoma by means of immumohisnochemistry. Results Lymph node metastases from endometrial carcinoma were statistically correlated with negative expression of PR, no Correlation existed between ER expression and lymph node metastases. Conclusions In endometrial carcinoma,PR expression was highly related to the lymph node metastases, PR and ER expression might be a available prognostic factor associated with lymph node metastases.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
