Abstract
Objective To analyze the serum test results in Huizhou blood donors,and to provide scientific theory for the recruitment of low risk blood donors and blood transfusion safety.Methods The data of Huizhou blood donors from 2007 to 2011 were collected and analyzed.Results 21 0675 samples were tested in 5 years,the total positive rate was 6.74%,while the abnormal rate of ALT was 4.41%,positive rates of HBsAg,Anti-HCV,Anti-HIV,Anti-TP were 1.13%,0.35%,0.06% and 0.79%.The positive rate among each year had statistical difference(P0.01).Conclusion The positive rate of blood donors in recent 5 years is increasing.It′s necessary to improve the accuracy of screening methods and enhance education and pre-tests for blood donors in order to make sure that the blood transfusion safety.
