Abstract
Comparison test of seedling -throwing culture(STC) and hand-transplanting culture(HTC) in rice showed that:(1)Growth and developmental superiorities of rice by STC were:earlier emergence of tiller,more tiller and effective panicles;better root growth and stronger capability of absorbing fertilizer;larger LAI at heading stage and higher biomass in early and late rice when fertilizer was applied in the period of ear of late rice.(2)Growth and developmental inferiority of rice by STC were:more ineffective tiller,lower percentage of earbearing tiller;lower percentage of high effective leaf area,less grains per panicle;lower translocation rate of stem and sheath and harvest index;weaker resistance to root lodging.(3)High yielding emphases in rice by STC were increasing percentage of earbearing tiller and grains per panicle.\;
