Abstract
Objective:To confirm the optimum extraction of the total flavonoids s from Naodesheng. Methods:The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extracting condition.Total flavonoids determined by colorimetr and puerarin and hydrox-ysafflor yellow A determined by HPLC were taken as the evaluating markers. The effects of different extraction methods on the extraction efficiency of the flavonoids were investigated. Results:The optimum extraction conditions were refluxed with 10,8,6 times amount of 70% alcohol and for 3 times(2 h,1 h,1 h).Conclusion:The contents of the flavonoids obtained were high by the optimum extraction conditions. The technique is simple and adapts for production.
