Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of mifepristone and gestrinone for patients with endometriosis after surgery. Methods 90 cases of endometriosis patients after surgery were randomly divided into group A and group B,45 cases of each.Group A was given mifepristone treatment, group B received gestrinone treatment, the two groups were treated for 6 months.Observed symptomatic remission after the treatment of the two groups, measured follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P);Observed adverse drug reactions and recurrence situation at the same time. Results The complete remission rate, partial response rate and relapse rate of the two groups were no significant difference(P0.05);Serum FSH,LH,E2,P levels decreased after treatment, but only serum P has statistical difference(P0.05);Group B of vaginal bleeding, weight increase, elevated aminotransferases were higher than these in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone is similar to gestrinone for endometriosis postoperative clinical efficacy, but less side effects of mifepristone,is an ideal method of treatment for endometriosis patients after surgery.
