Abstract

Adding the different auxiliaries such as C-1 21 4, sodium benzoate, sorbite to the cellulase solution, the cellulase activity wa s detected by CMC method,.Therefore, curves of activity changes are obtained. Ef fects of auxiliaries on activity are analyzed, the optimized process is defined.
