Abstract
Objective:Establish graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry urine test methods of iron. Methods: Directly poured the diluted urine sample into graphite furnace, join ascorbic acid as a matrix modifier, dry, grey, and determinated atoms with spectrometry after compared with the standard work curve. Results: There was good linear correlation at 0 μg/L to 500 μg/L and r=0.9949-0.9993.the detect limit is 20 μg/L,the sample RSD is 2.5%~21.9%,and the recovery rate is in the range of 93.2%~103.7%.Conclusion: Samples only needed simple dilution. The method was simple, fast, highly sensitive and reproducible with good linear correlation of work curve and good recovery rate. The application of it would get satisfactory results.
