New Ideas and Methods Such As “Low-Carbon Economy" in the Quantitative Assessing with Tourist Ecological Footprint:A Case in Panzhihua City

Tourist ecological footprint acts as the critical method to measure the pressure and influence of ecosystem which is given by the regional human tourist activities.Tourist ecological footprint has a positive influence on realizing tourist regions' sustainable development.This passage uses new ideas and methods such as and tourism as the quantitative assessing.Setting the recourse-based Panzhihua City as an example,it compares and analyzes its tourist ecological footprint from 2005 to 2008 and researched the effective way to the sustainable development of resource-based cites' tourist industry.It turns out that to apply the concept and the method of the low-carbon economy can efficiently analyze and explain the evaluation result of the ecological footprint,monitor and control the sustainable conditions of the regional economy and the development of the society.
