Abstract
Sclerotinia blight is one of the most serious diseases in soybean, which causes severe damage of soybean. At present, chemical agent is mainly used to control sclerotinia blight in soybean, but it is unsafe to the environment, the person and the animals. This experiment attempts to solve this problem with biological control methed. The experiment obtains 15 strains of the isolates that were found suppressing Sclerotinia sclerotiorum from soybean rape rhizosphere and inside Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.ke H3was the strongest antagonistic to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum through dual cul-ture method, producing an inhibitory belt up to 11.4 cm in width.Meanwhile the sharp and character of theke H3were observed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
