On the Human Environment of the Imperial-Examination Family in Qing Dynasty

Abstract

Due to its social influence,Distinguished has always been the focus in the study of family history.Referring to the materials on the pedigree and achievements of the family from The Collection of Official Documents in Qing Dynasty,the article proposes that the imperial-examination is the real distinguished family in Qing Dynasty.From three aspects of family education,marriage behavior and teacher-student relationship,the article illustrates the human environment in which the family was formed.
