Abstract

In commercial housing trading,mortgage loan is an effective financing way.In recent years,the legal profession pay more and more attention to mortgage load to those legal matters about mortgage.This paper will briefly talk about the origin,the classification,the risk taking and priority of commercial housing mortgage.In addition,summarized all sorts of theories foundation about the commodity apartment mortgage legal aspect in the synthesis and then airs the completed apartment was the real estate mortgage and forward housing delivery that is new style property viewpoint.
