Abstract
in a solution containing 1×10 ̄(-2) mol/L H_2SO_4 , 1×10 ̄(-5) mol/L quercetinand 5% alcohol, a sensitive adsorptive complex wave has been found by singlesweep polarography. The peak potential of the wave is -0. 31V(vs SCE) .Thechange of the derivative wave with the concentration of Sb( Ⅲ ) is linear in the range1.0×10 ̄(-8)~ 3.0×10 ̄(-6 ) mol/L.This method has been applied to determine traceamount of antimony in arsenous oxide. The mechanism of the wave has been dis-cussed.
