Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for analyzing HPLC fingerprints of Sophora flavescens Ait.Methods:The HPLC method was used with Hypersil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phases were consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-20mmol/L KH2PO4 solution(adjusted pH to 8.0 with triethylamine) respectively, gradient elute. The flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1.The temperature of column was 30℃.The UV detection wavelength was 220nm.Results:The mutual mode of HPLC fingerprints was set up and the similar degrees to the crude drugs of different habitats were compared. Conclusion:The method was simple andreliable, and it was capable of effectively controlling the quality of Sophora flavescens Ait.
