Abstract
Ideological and political education work in universities plays an important role in the building and development of modernization of our country, but there do exist problems that can't be neglected in the practice. The article probes into the ideological and political work from the aspects of its necessity and urgency, thus some improvement measures are put forward for that the ideological and political education work can be further strengthened.
