The Existing Problems in the Rural Financial System in China and the Countermeasures for Them

This paper focuses on an analysis of the current situation of the rural financial system in China and the problems existing in the rural financial system.To solve the problems existing in the construction of rural financial system,the paper proposes on the basis of commercial finance the following measures: making the current rural financial institutions play a full leading role,constructing multi-level rural financial system,regulating the development of rural cooperation finance,regulating and developing non-governmental finance,and enhancing actively the construction of the rural financial service system.This is of great value for the construction of the modern rural financial system in China.
