Abstract
With the development and widely use of competitive intelligence,the society demands more and more competitive intelligence and talents.in this field Competitive intelligence service and education has received widespread attention.The development of varius form competition intelligence education and service is more and more rapid.There are many negative factors,such as less of competitive intelligence consciousness,the insufficient trust degree of the users to the library and fledgling competitive intelligence in university.So we should strengthen competitive intelligence consuiousness,improve the personnels overall quality.
