Abstract
The paper carries out research on competitive intelligence work practice from 10 aspects,such as competitive intelligence work being a profession,setting up a full - time competitive intelligence department,the accuracy of the intelligence sources being the key point of competitive intelligence work,the center of competitive intelligence work beingproblem solving,competitive intelligence system not being omnipotent,competitive intelligence work performance assessment,standardization,access system,legal and moral issues been noted.
