Abstract
Randon amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) method was applied to detect genetic diversity of 48 velvetleaf germplasm of China, provided biological foundation for the utilization and seed breeding. The results showed that 191 bands were amplified with 17 RAPD primers,of which 167(87.43%) were polymorphic respectively. The amplified DNA fragments was 0.1~3.0 kb.The results also indicated that there were abundant genetic diversity in velvetleaf germlasm.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
