The Effect of the Entry into WTO upon the Four Functions of the Public Security Traffic Administration and the Corresponding Strategy

The entry into WTO has an extensive influence upon public security traffic administration, and the most directly affected are the executive examination and approval function of public security traffic department, the function to punish the violation, test and educational function and the one to handle the accident. We must adjust and reform the four aspects and come to approach the international practice of rules.
