Research on Water Source Adjustment of Jiangsu Lixiahe District in Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project changes the situation of the water resources allocation of Jiangsu Lixiahe district. To guarantee the goal of the water diversion to north and consider the water requirement of Lixiahe Water-East-Taken Irrigation Area at the same time, realizing the optimal allocation of the water resources, based on the programming of Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and Jiangsu Lixiahe District Water Conservancy, research and analysis on water source adjustment is done, which providing the framework of the projects about the water source adjustment .Aiming at the characteristics of the water system and the problems of water management in the district, some suggestions are given for the sufficient efficiency of the water source adjustment projects
