Abstract
In recent years,the employment situation in China has become increasingly severe.Therefore,how to achieve efficient employment has not only become a major concern for college graduates,but also places higher demands for vocational counselors.By analyzing the overall professional qualities and working conditions as well as its deficiencies of modern professional vocational counselors,this paper probes into the necessity of promoting professionalism and puts forward some specific ways to solve the relevant problems.
