Venturing into the Construction of Professionalism for the Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security for an Example

At present,vocational colleges are in the stage of rapid development,but their counselors still cannot meet the needs of their situation and development.The thinking of building counselors team by driving with professionalism and promoting professionalism with standardization is put forward against the problem of low degree of and professionalism of counselors in vocational colleges.The ways to professionalism of counselors in vocational colleges are explored by forming the strategy for career professionalism,establishing the management model of flat and multi-center,implementing the access to professional qualifications,perfecting evaluation mechanism and strengthening incentives countermeasures.
