Constructing A Harmonious World: Deep Analysis on China's New Concept of Diplomacy

The idea of harmonious world,which is a kind of new worldview of development with the democratic spirit and global perspective,has been achieved wide recognition of the international community.The proposing of harmonious world concept comes apart as three layers: The first layer is Chinese traditional culture;the second layer is the development of thought of peaceful diplomacy by generations of CPC leaders under the new international situation;the third layer originates straight from the deepening of harmonious social concept.To construct harmonious world,each country and political power must make joint efforts in the political,economic,and cultural aspects,and also must carry on the reform to the international organizations,such as United Unions and so on.The proposing of harmonious world concept has theoretical and practical significance,which marks that the diplomatic theory of CPC comes into maturity and symbolizes that the recognition of CPC on pushing the whole human society forward becomes deeper.
