Construct the Harmonious World:Development of Chinese Diplomacy in the New Era

Harmonious world idea brought forward by comrade Hu Jin-Tao has aroused very big echo in the international community,and it also produced far-reaching influence on Chinese diplomacy.The purpose of this essay is to find out the relationship between harmonious world idea and the peace diplomacy strategy through historical analysis and comparison.The conclusion is drawn that harmonious world idea is the development of peace diplomacy strategy but not a thorough strategy transform.Only when Chinese diplomacy persists in being independent and adopting the peace diplomacy strategy,while applying soft power factors,the target to construct the harmonious world would come true.
