Abstract
The article tried to demonstrate that the principle of falsification and logical positivism had trapped into disadvantage position because the ability of cognition is limited within a small range .Though historicism provided all sorts of science development .They were involved into relativism and non-ration. We can find that science logical is not perfect and that the relation between the positivism and the falsification is dialectics, so is the relation between history and logical.
