On the Course Construction of Human Resource Management in Independent Colleges

In order to meet the needs of orientation and the training target of independent colleges,the conditions of independent school,student resources and majors are clarified.Based on the investigation and research to some independent colleges in Liaoning Province,the course construction of human resource management of independent colleges is analyzed.It is pointed out that during the process of course construction,clarifying talent positioning,reforming teaching contents,improving the structure of teachers and enhancing students practice skills should be considered to meet the needs of student employment and community.
