Relationship between mental health and family environment factors of students from model high school

Objective Understanding the relationship between family environment and mental health of students in model high school,offering the basis for promoting their level of mental health in point.Methods 385 students from model high school were surveyed by using SCL-90 and FES-CV,and relevant and regression analyses were carried out.Results Comparing with China's norm,scores in most sub-scales were relative low in FES-CV;every factor scores were higher than China's norm in SCL-90,scores in most sub_scales in FES_CV of the students in different mental health level had significant differences;There were significant correlations between FES-CV factors and most SCL-90 factors;family's intimate degree,recreation,culture sense of organization,contradiction,independence.These six factors entered SCL-90 total points and equations of regression of some symptom factors.Conclusion Family environment and their mental health of students from model high school are closely related,and have certain prediction function on their levels of mental health.
