Abstract

Evidence is one of the core contents of criminal suit law,and the witness becomes a hot topic of scholars' consideration with more and more specified research on evidence category theories.Meanwhile,perspectives of research and discussion change from at home to abroad.This paper conducts brief comments on the problems related with expert witness system in Anglo-American law systems,hoping to help build and improve witness system.
