Abstract
There are large differences in education quality in urban and rural schools,and different schools in the stage of compulsory education.The non-equilibrium of education resource allocation in school centering on per public funding and teacher quality determines the differences of education quality in urban and rural schools and different schools to a large extent.The premise for ensuring the equity of quality for compulsory education is to advance the balanced allocation of school resource in the stage of compulsory education and to promote the balanced development of compulsory education while the core of balanced allocation for education resource in schools in the stage of compulsory education depends on the balanced allocation of school public funding and teacher resource.
