Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound for differentiation of adenomyosis from hysteromyoma.Methods: The transvaginal 2D image and color doppler index of 42 adenomyosis cases and 47 hysteromyoma cases were analyzed combining their clinic indications.Results: The ultrasonic diagnosis coincidence rate of adenomyosis and hysteromyoma were 89.4% and 71.4%.The operation of uterus cavity,aggravating dysmenorrhea,echo and boundary of lesions,CDFI of lesions are the differentiations of adenomyosis from hysteromyoma.Conclusions: It had an important value for the differentiation of adenomyosis from hysteromyoma when combining transvaginal 2D,color doppler imagine and clinical indications.
