Problem Analysis, Countermeasures and Suggestions on the Construction of Faculty in Private Universities and Colleges

The development of private colleges and universities creates a more fair and impartial education environment, and opens a new route for our country to train various kinds of talents. It has prepared a large number of talents for the national construction for many years. But because the private colleges started late, there are many problems seriously restricted its health and development, teachers' construction is one of the most important questions. This paper analyzes the university teachers' construction and the causes of the problems. In order to promote the sustainable development of private colleges, it put forward new ideas to strengthen the private college teachers' construction.
