Abstract

Yunjing No.26 was bred by crossing, using Yunjingyou No.5 as maternal parent,Yunjing No.12 as paternal parent.Yunjing No.26 was an excellent cultivar with high yield, good quality, strong blast resistance and cold tolerance, which was evaluated during breeding.A field experiment was conducted with different seedling ages(40,50,60 d),transplanting densities(30,40,50 hills/m2) and nitrogen fertilizer rates(240,270,300 kg/ha N)by using Yunjing 26 as material. The results indicated that:(ⅰ) Seedling age had less effect on the grain number per panicle, seed setting rate,1000-grain weight than that on number of panicles and filled grain number per panicle. That was,the older the seedling age was,the fewer the number of panicle and filled grain number per panicle were.(ⅱ) There was significant different between the effect of different transplanting density on the yield components. The grain number per panicle, filled grain number per panicle, seed setting rate were decreased at different levels while the number of panicles increased significantly with the increasing transplanting densities, but 1000-grain weight was almost the same.(ⅲ) The effect of nitrogen fertilizer rate on number of panicle was higher than that on the other yield components. That was,the number of panicle was highly and significantly increased, and the filled grain number per panicle and seed setting rate were markedly decreased with the increasing nitrogen fertilizer rate. However, the nitrogen fertilizer rate had no significant effect on the grain number per panicle and 1000-grain weight.(ⅳ) Among the seedling age, transplanting density and nitrogen fertilizer rate, the nitrogen fertilizer rate had the biggest effect on yield. The yield had significant difference with the increasing nitrogen fertilizer rate. Therefore,it was logical model in order to obtain high yield of Yunjing No.26 with seedling age of 40-50 d,nitrogen fertilizer rate of 270-300 kg/hm2 and transplanting density of 40-50 hills/m2.
