The Analysis on the Infection Sera Marker Modes of Hepatitis B Virus and Immune State of the Health Crowd

Objective:To provide the objective basis for prevention and treatment for the HBV infects,the infection sera modes of HBVA and the acquired immunity state of the health crowd were investigated.Method:Five indices HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb were detected and statistically analyzed by the ELISA method.Result: negative persons of Five indices of HBV antigen antibody system in 8995 health crowd sera were 48.4%,positive persons of HBsAb were 44.7%,infection positive indices were 6.9% and appeared 10 kinds infection modes,namely: Five indices were all negative;HBsAb was positive;HBsAg was positive;HBeAb was positive;(5) three indices of the HBsAg,HBeAg,HBcAb were positive;three indices of the HBsAg,HBeAb,HBcAb were positive;two indices of the HBsAg,HBeAb were positive;three indices of the HBsAb,HBeAb,HBcAb were positive;two indices of the HBeAb,HBcAb were positive;two indices of the HBsAg,HBcAb were positive.Conclusion:The health crowd infected with HBV obviously drops and the immunity obviously rises in recent years,but still nearly 1/2 of the persons lack the immunity,there are a few strong infective hepatitis B patients.It's recommended that the healthy crowd receive hepatitis B vaccine.Even those who have injected hepatitis B vaccine give attention to prevention and the routine measures five indices of hepatitis B so that the abnormal can have early treatment.
