Comparison Between English Antithesis and Chinese Antithesis

Abstract

There are similarities and differences between the Chinese antithesis and English antithesis. The teacher of English can help the students have a good mastery of antithesis by comparing the two. Meanwhile they should help the students get aware of the differences between the two so that they can do well in their translation and composition writing.
