Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical value of TCT testing and Pap cytology in cervical cancer screening. Methods The women were regarded as research object, who accepted cervical cancer checks in our hospital women's health clinic from March 2012 to March 2014. 22500 cases(group A) were tested by Pap smear cytology, and 14000 cases(group B) were tested by liquid-based cytology. Cytology positive was then tested by colposcopic biopsy. The detection results of both methods were then compared and analyzed. Results Cell screening positive rate of group A was 5.46%(1228/22500), and positive coincidence rate was 22.90%(136/594). Cell screening positive rate of group A was 6.04%(846/14000), and positive coincidence rate was56.04%(348/621).The detection results of both groups had significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion The detection of cervical cancer of TCT was higher than Pap smear cytology, which also provides treatment direction for cancer-related diseases.
