Abstract

The main internal quality of the pear fruit was analyzed. The results showed that the content of pectin, total acidity, water, total phosphorus,Vc,total sugar, glucose and sucrose in the fruit decreased by bagging, whereas the dry matter, specific gravity, crude fiber, total ash, calcium, potassium, fructose and sugar-acid ratio in the fruit improved by bagging.
