Abstract

This experiment was designed to investigate physiologic effects of Viciafaba L.under salt-alkali stress, including KCl/NaCl,KCl/Na2CO3,KCl/Na2SO4,KCl,NaCl five treatments for 2weeks,the total chlorophyll contents, malondialdehyde(MDA) and soluble sugar contents were analyzed. The results indicated that the chlorophyll a+ b contents of seedlings decline, malondialdehyde(MDA)and soluble sugar contents increased with extending of stress time.
