Abstract

To optimize the extraction procedure of total flavonoids from lotus leaf, the optimal extraction solvents and extraction process were examined by single factor test and orthogonal test, respectively. The optimal parameters were 45% ethanol,1∶20 solid-liquid ratio,2 times of extraction at 70℃ and each 3h,by which the total flavonoids yield rate was 8.8%.The extraction procedure was reliable and simple, which provided a basis for further exploitation of natural resource.
