Abstract

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Batroxobin in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group have 42 cases respectively. In addition to conventional treatment, treatment group was added Batroxobin, while control group Shuxuetong.Clinical assessment index include the degree of neurological deficit scores and plasma fibrinogen determination. Results Compared with control group, treatment group Batroxobin plasma fibrinogen levels were significantly lower(P0.01).After 30 days treatment, total clinical effect has significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Treating acute cerebral infarction by Batroxobin is effective and relatively safe, and short-term effect might be sure.
