Discussion on the Application of Supply Chain Management in Coal Enterprises

As resource extraction-based enterprises,supply chain management in the implementation process will face many problems.In this article,based on construction of the coal supply chain model,analyse the status quo of Coal Enterprise Supply Chain Management,and against the status quo of the issues encountered in the corresponding response.The results showed that: the effective implementation of supply chain management of coal resources can guarantee the normal production and supply,reduce the cost of coal industry,raise the level of management and efficiency,achieve a timely circulation of the three streams,the eventual realization of coal enterprises to improve competitiveness.
