Performance Evaluation of Coal Enterprises Supply Chain Based on Low-carbon Economy

This paper used coal enterprises supply chain as the research object,established the performance evaluation system of coal enterprises supply chain under the low carbon economy with balanced score method.Through empirical study the performance of six coal enterprise supply chain by using factor analysis method,obtained the comparison analysis result of four public factors:Low-carbon technology investment effect,coal enterprises marketing capability,customer satisfaction indicator,enterprise social responsibility.Finally,the comprehensive performance of coal enterprises supply chain was evaluated,which was convenient for coal enterprises to grasp the overall operation status of the supply chain and existing problems,providing important reference in realizing the high carbon resources of low carbon utilization of the coal enterprises and achieving sustainable development of the coal industry.
