The effect of humanistic care on anxiety,depression in hospitalized patients with acute myocardial infarction

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care on treatment effect and psychological status in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods All 60 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with different nursing methods,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given humanistic care on the basis the control group,anxiety,depression level and hospital treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of depression(SDS) and Anxiety(SAS) score after the nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.3% that was higher than 66.7% in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Humanistic facilitates can greatly improve the comprehensive requirements,the level of psychological stress and life quality in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
